Ways to train strength free? I don't have access to a gym, or gym equipment and need to build my strength. I'm at a weight of 150 and want to get back to my base weight of 180 but I don't have a gym or equipment. I do situps and crunches and once in awhile I curl a 3 or 4 gallon jug of water, is there anything more I can do so I don't bore myself and can switch the workout up a bit? Anyone have any serum to turn me into a big green raging steroid user? Haha, kidding, have to do this the legit way or I definitely won't get a license through the athletic commission.

the truth is Fear, it IS boreing. i train with weights and it takes dedicaction to keep it up.
if you like something its easyer climbing will improve your strength and core strength and vasculer, airobic fitness. so go climb a tree. or fill a backpack with heavy stuff and go walking. without aids its back to the standered, but most affective way of pull ups, press ups sit ups and running/walking but its deffinatly boreing i set a daily target but it takes alot to reach it. never take more than 1 day off or its easy to fall out of the habbit |
