Then why do women get all dressed up before they go to the bar?

Perhaps b/c we like to look our best before we go out of the house.. I also put on my makeup and make sure I look decent when I go to work, the store, lunch with friends... Does this mean I'm trying to find love in those places? It's so hard to believe that women take pride in looking good in general?

Ironic that a man would generalize about a woman looking for immediate gratification. The generalization is usally the other way around.
But, yes, I'm pretty darned good at knowing the real deal when I see. He's such a rara avis and usually already taken, leaving me to sift through the pond scum via the internet!!

I work at a bar 3 nights a week...and I can tell you for fact....that not every woman goes in there looking for love or anything more than to have some drinks and have a good time with their friends. And I find this to be even more true with women that or over the age of 35.

My group of friends prefer the VIP areas in the clubs so we aren't slammed against every other club goober!
Also, certain logos are not allowed like Ecko or Baby Phat -- hip hop wear mostly. |
