Topic: What can turn your day around?

When you're having a bad day, or even just a so so day, what kind of things never fail to make it better? When another life touches mine, or mine there's,wink,,that works for me,wink..lol Thats why I say,,,Make a stranger smile and your open anothers,,,,Heart,,,,,

When you're having a bad day, or even just a so so day, what kind of things never fail to make it better? Life throws us all curve-balls...it's part of being human, living on planet Earth. What helps me the most is getting my issues in perspective. It seems that every time I begin to focus on myself, and my problems, I encounter somebody with a situation soooo much worse than my own, that it snaps me out of my selfcenteredness. That is what helps me the most....refocusing my perspective. And I take it a step farther...I rarely have bad days, because I try, every day, to do something to help at least one other person. There's always someone...And how can your day be bad, if you have helped someone else to have a better one?

That drunk guy on the corner that always asks for change, then you tell him you dont have any and he tries to chase you and he falls....Gets me every time. =D

Wine can help, too. I went to a great wine tasting last night . Not that my day was actually bad yesterday. It was just made even better by wine!

Somedays when your out and about, you see so many unhappy people.like when you pay for your gas..etc..I always ask how are you? Usually they say ok and you??? But you notice they never smile... so I always reply, with a huge smile...(Today if feel so good there should be 2 of me!! i'd share!) 100% of the time you will get a smile or a laugh....ahhh doesn't get much better to make my day..when I make someone elses!. you should try it... you'll go out feeling even great!
