Cash

Reminds me of that line from "Paint Your Wagon"

Horace: You can't get a woman for money!!!

Irish Jack: I'd like to see you get one without any!!

Cash

I agree..sadly it's dominant factor still and will be. If you got cash you'll find everything you want and need.

Proved my point.

how many millionaires do you see that lack confidence or power... I would argue woman are more attracted to confidence and power than money... the money is a side benefit... :P

The problem is that today's unemployment has little to do with confidence or laziness. Even if you hold multiple degrees and done all the school you can done, you may not succeed at all, for the simple fact that it's not the people's fault that the companies are outsourced and the economy is crumbling and nobody is hiring.

I have 2 college degrees and spent 6yrs in the military and I can't get a job.

One of my relatives, 55 years old school teacher with a PhD. had to move out of USA and now works in Europe as a Hotel administrator.

Wishful thinking. Just like "war is not the answer". And you are right. and yet there are wars what the answers are, and people want other people who got money.

Hi all - I'm a writer who has an assignment for a magazine article on what it takes to find the right mate. Part of the assignment involves creating a compatibility check list -- from Perfect mate to I hate Cupid.
What strategies should you employ? What works and doesn't?
How to avoid tricks, traps, scams and stalkers?
The article's tone, as you probably have already gathered, is to be semi-serious with a humorous slant.
I'd welcome any suggestions.
