She is in labor right now an she is in a lot of pain, very slow labor. In 12hrs she has only dilated 1 cm. SO if you could please send some prays her way to make it as easy as possible an fast for her. Thanks :)

I was the same way... I went 45 hours with my son.
She has my thoughts. But tell her, no matter how much it hurts to move! Walk, squat, roll, stick her butt up in the air... anything! It hurts, but it will help her progress! |

I dont know if she is a loud to get up an walk around. She should be able to unless they have given her pain meds. Either way, she could still change her position in bed. I would get on my hands and knees and stretch my bottom back and rock a little. |

She was saying its back labor...whatever that means. Oh! She is feeling the contractions in her back. Which is common... (I felt mine in my legs) if she is allowed to move around... she needs to move around... rock in a rocking chair... anything. She needs to breath and focus on one point in the room or close her eyes and a 'happy' imagine. She'll make it! Positive thoughts. |

Well she had him!!! at 7pm. He is 8.7lbs.
