i had loud partying neighbors once,i had to be to work at 7 am.loud music, drinkin,lotssa people...i went downstairs to politely ask them to keep the music down alittle i had to work in the am...everyone quickly came up with a solution...get hammered and call in at 6:00am...that worked out good...neighbors

Oh yeah, and two chicks almost made out, which had the younger (male) neighbors sporting wood. Ahhhhhh...good ol' alcohol...
