How do you get through a hard break up when ur fiance leaves u for another woman? Do you find a rebound or just drown in your sorrows until things get better?

just drown in your sorrows for a minute, learn the lesson, allow healing and then move on...next! Rebound is not fair to yourself or others, although for some I suppose it helps, not me though.

I need to learn how to have that attitude...i'm too nice sometimes, Last nite my x-called and wanted to be all nice to me, then tonite i called and he wouldnt answer, so i txt him and he told me this girl was over and couldn't talk....What an a**, and i vowed never to take him back..i changed my # so he can't ever call again.

Young lady you are far from alone! You probably have oodles of admirer's on this site alone besides real life. And I am totally convinced you also have friends. I am frequently on here if you need someone to keep you company.

This guy is not worth you being miserable so stop who ever is feeding you info about what he is or isn't doing. Erase him from your life like a Spring Break fling. Fun while it lasted but so over you don't even remeber the fools name.

I know just how you feel, like many others here. A broken heart just sucks!! And really your only worst enemy is your mind. Time will make it all better, just keep yourself busy with friends, and try to lose all contact with him. There are so many HOT men out there that would want your company!!
