Sorry for the cat, but the title is very startling and misleading.

My sincere condolences. Pets are part of the family.
First, contact your local police or animal shelter. They may know of local and state laws against cruelty to animals. If they don't know, then get in touch with one of the animal rights groups. they may know of any obscure laws in your area (that the cops and local shelters aren't aware of) that make it illegal to kill someone's beloved pet. And if you discover that this squatter is mooching off of any of your friends, make them fully aware of what he is capable of. You should be cautious, and tell everyone that you both know to be cautious, because if he is willing to kill an animal today, will it escelate to violence on other human beings later?
And don't respond in kind. It will inevitably backfire on you.

To bad you did not have the Vet to check to see if the cat was poisoned. If so you could take him to small claims court... But as far as the cable well two rights don't make a wrong for if you do charge it up and he gets charged for it he will have proof you did it and well he could actually come back on you and that would suck hell I would just unhook it and set it in the corner for your not responsible to return that is as long as your name is no where on it....

Heck if me and I ever caught up with him again I would hang on to that bottle tell him to meet ya for coffee at a starbucks ect tell him ohhh here I will pay for it. Go up and get the coffee after he drank it pull out the bottle from your pocket sit it on the table and say hummmm wonder if this will do the same to you as when you gave it to my cat..........of course you would not in fact give him any but it would be priceless to watch his reaction...........

tut was the coolest cat i have ever known..when anybody came in if they didnt pay him attention he'd stand on his hind legs ,rest his left paw on you and pat you with his right paw til you scratched his ears
