being in the Navy I'm required to get a flu shot every year..but the swine flu shot is optional for us(for now) my friend had the flu but later got over it, then her 3 kids got the swine flu(confirmed) she didn't get sick with the swine flu...her doctor told her because she already had the regular flu that she had built up the immunities.....hmmmm so how bad is it really? personally I think it is a bunch of political hype, with an alternate agenda. but that is JMO

Hong kong flu shot in the army back in the 60's and every other shot they could think of. Now they are saying men my age who never shot up drugs that are getting Hep.c are getting it because of the "other" crap in the shots---don't take the shot.

It just seems a little to convenient to me that we are having a 'massive pandemic' at the same time our government is trying to pass a healthcare reform....hmmmmm how better to garnish votes then to scare people into thinking that is the only choice?....hmmmm
