If you are dancing with a gay guy, you are telling straight men, you're not looking for a straight man. You're out with a gay guy because you don't want the headaches/hassles of a man. Its like being out with the girls, because you want a girl's company, not a man's.

another thought could be....the other guys might have misconceptions of your friend and think they will get hit on by your friend or something. or just doesn't want to be around your friend??? Yea I guess that is possible but how is it so upsetting for a straight guy to be hit on by a gay guy? It is not like I would expect it happens that often but all you have to do is tell the Gay person that it is just "not your thing" and most will drop it. |

That could be the case or it could be that I like to go out danceing and straight guys are more often to set like there but is nailed to the chair. With that kind of thinking I suppose if I dance with a much younger or older person or my family members I don't want a straight guy to ask me either. Assuming makes and arse out of everyone! Yeesh! |

I don't see why it should. Dance with who you want.

If I go somewhere and a girl is dancing with anyone, guy or girl, I take it as a sign of her being "taken". It's hard to tell if the girl is straight, gay, or bi, much less trying to decipher the guys preferance. It's just easier to chat up the girls sitting at the bar.
