I just realized It painful to go to the bathroom After eating jalapenos!!! (sorry)  
and THAT is why you always eat ice cream after eating jalapenos. it sooths going down AND coming out Now that is one piece of advice I got here on mingle..... I'm gonna follow!!!!

there was a "mythbusters" where they tested neutralizers for chili burn. the only one that actually worked was milk and/or ice cream
