Peledac Through the Pines (Knight Or Phantom) Evening fell on my Virginia home As I walked among the trees Thinking only of your angelic face As I felt the cold of autumn breeze Fall wind whistled through the pines As if to speak your name Breaking the silence and this solitude Where I alone remain I am intoxicated by your smile Enamoured by your charm You fill my days now with reverent smiles Long since absent on this virginia farm Yet you ponder if I am true and real Or this Phantom in the night So now I beg of you to ask yourself Would such a phantom hold to you so tight? Though many miles lay between us Were not indulged the gift of sight I assure you this nobel heart beats but for you I remain yours, Not Phantom But Dark Knight. |
