If there is an issue, have any of your "friends" addressed it with you?
If people are acting differently toward you, then "fcuk 'em!"
True friends love you for who you are unconditionally.
If you fcuk up, true friends call you on it, talk it out, and allow you
the opportunity to do 1 of 3 things...explain, apologize, or tell them
TS!
True friends can agree to disagree and continue to love you, and you
continue to love them.
Be true to yourself. Ask yourself..."have I been the best person I can
be?" If the answer is "YES" then maybe it is "they" and not you who have
a problem.
After all you are who you are and you can't change your "nature." True
friends know that and love your the good in you, not your faults. We all
have plenty of those!
Maybe "they" weren't friends after all. It easy to be disingenuous in a
"cyber" community...who never have to look the other person in the eye
and see the hurt inflicted...or their tears!

Tulip, in your case, I think the answer is YES!

There is something to be said for consistancy. Having the strength of
your convictions is far more admirable than always staying safe and
conforming with popular opinion.
