so the back of my throat has the itchy stinging feeling typical of a sinus infection, but all the snots comin outta my face have flecks of blood in it. does that mean i have the swine flu?

If you have a fever or temperature (over 100.4°F) and two or more of the following symptoms, you may have swine flu:
1. unusual tiredness, 2. headache, 3. runny nose, 4. sore throat, 5. shortness of breath or cough, 6. loss of appetite, 7. aching muscles, 8. diarrhea or vomiting. Sounds like you have at least two......you got the swine flu! 
Go wash your hands.
