UUUMMM I think that I offer this up as a fairly general apology. I look at some of my behaviours when I was younger and trying to be a model junior manager and see now what a total goofball I was. I think that my behaviour was that of a bully. One true regret is that I was to arrogant and insecure to see it. Another is that I upset a lot of people.

I had a boss that liked to throw is weight around and be a bully
I threw my hard hat at him and walked home and took his keys left em at the office for him to pick up whenever he figured out how to get back to town |

Yes, I did and I lost my respect for that a&^h#@e guy the minute I left the office.
I put up an article I printed online on my top cubicle drawer for everybody to see that says "Signs your boss is a bully" the day before after I accepted a different position in another department. That pissed him off more when he still have to see me everyday in the cafeteria

I.E. the fruitbasket, it sounds funny, but really, have you ever known someone to turn down free fruit? It's worth a shot. Add some cheeese if you're in doubt. No one can say no to cheese.
