Topic: does anybody else?

Honesty and expressing yourself is all well and good if people can keep themselves in check enough that they are not useing it as a club to just bash someone with something that could be left alone or handled with tact and consideration.

I think the reason some people are abandoning manners and civility is because being so often gets you run over and nobody says foul. It used to be that if someone was vulgar, rude, lazy, a theif, a cheat there reputation preceeded them and they were avoided, ask to leave, or prosecuted. There were consequence now it seems like the only people who are paying consequences are the ones getting stepped on.

I get that we have to leave the policing to the powers that be but it seems like some of the powers are letting too much stuff go by. I am sick and tired of paying for criminals, listening to profanity, and getting ripped off any number of ways.

I am uber annoyed by idea of whiney people and I needed at least
9 rolling eyes to express that feeling! :laughing: but ... 10 would have been too many! tongue2
