I want to up load a file but I can't drop in a pictue useing the copy paste tecnique off use of the I phone.. Any suggestions?

You have to be on a computer to upload a pic, they say some phones can do it, but apparently yours isn't one of them.

I tried on a phone and it doesn't work...A computer would be your best bet
