That might be ok if you are older and sedentary and nap at will but that young I would be getting my arse to a sleep clinic and finding out why? Restful sleep is essential to over all health.



I know what it's from...a past medical condition that has since been taken care of, but the erratic sleep pattern kind of stayed with me. There are some nights when I get around 5-6, and about once a month I have a day where I just kind of crash mid-day and take a couple hour nap. I'm used to being really busy though, and I've been healthier the past year or so than I have in several years, so it's all good. :smile:

Insomnia is a serious thing, it's too bad that those that don't have it don't understand it, and don't realize how many people have it, whether it be genetic, chemical, or psychological. Hello to my fellow night owls.

eh, I have always been like this... it's just life. I take naps if I want to and it's not so bad... I'll probably take a little nap later today.
