Betty, what you do is make filling like you would stuff a turkey with. Then make a bowl of mashed potatos but make them a bit soupy. Then fold the filling into the potatos. Top with some pats of butter and pop into the oven till the top is a bit golden.
Serve with gravy |

Its awesome! Once you have potato filling, plain mashed potatoes just don't cut it anymore. I grew up in Philly and never heard of it til I moved here
