does anyone think marijuana should be legalized for anyone who wants it ? not only medical reasons . is the reason they don't being worried about cocaine and heroin becoming legal then? would that save people from becoming victims of crime or dieing less people in prison for drug offenses . like casual users . if marijuana users thought about it (the ones who do it illegally), they wouldn't want it legalized because then the government will tax the crap outta them like they do with cigarettes.

Oh puh leze. if they did legalize or de criminalize it, the government would tax the hell out of it and people would still go to street dealers for it anyway. Bingo. I like it where it is right now too, figure it could use a little more decriminalization but if not it is fine. Becomes legal the price will go up, I don't want to end up paying more then I already do here in Illinois for the dirt they provide.

i dont think its a harmful drug but why give another reason for the government to be in out pockets.

It is legal in some countries, Holland is one. Look up the Amsterdam, they are still doing studies with marijuana there due to the legalization. Really, this country is just throwing money at a non-issue...but whatever, not like our country has ever been good at not throwing money into invisible problems.

The growers in Amsterdam keep "improving" the strength of the marijuana, not like the US weak stuff. This could lead to issues??

My usual response is " Nope. Sometimes I wish I could actually USE that as an excuse, though. " lol
