heres what ya need
frying pan... like a 14 inchor something 4cups of water put all the water and the fish in the pan and some terragon let it heat on the lowest temp for about 10 min. after thats done pour out all the water then put 2 cups of new water in there otherwise spice will be to strong. some garlic powder snd a little bit of chili powder and some chives cook it till the water is gone then your goodto go. |
