the harder they fall.
Or, so it seems, the more stringently "Pro-Family" the lawmaker or politico, the more likely he or she is to fall from grace due to an affair. Or, in this case, bragging about two extramarital affairs going on at the same time during a break while still sitting at the table where there are desk microphones at each seat..... American seem to equate marital perfection with political ability. If you can take care of things at home, you can take care of the community. You might make the argument that a man who is keeping life going at home while conducting two affairs shows a great deal of skill at multitasking and attention to details. And I'm guessing that there are some men in the world who would think that being able to conduct two relationships and a marriage IS taking care of things at home. Although I do disapprove of affairs, I just fail to see the connection to political ability. |

If you are going to lie and cheat on your spouse, then it would make it far easier for you to lie and cheat your constituents. I think politicians are human and make mistakes, just like the rest of us. Where I have a problem with it is the denials and lies, despite overwhelming evidence. Do not treat people as if they are stupid. Man (or woman) up, admit it, make amends if possible and move on. |

I dunno, i was always taught that the bigger they are, the more bones they break. Ive found that to be true being 6'0 and 225 myself and been in more bar fights than i can count, lol. No, i understand where your coming from. A man who can juggle all that without it blowing up in his face, well thats just negative skill, however, it also contributes to skill to get the job done. It sucks though, i have a hell of a time getting one lady, and theirs a**holes out there who have a wife and 2 women on the side? Not cool. I can say without a doubt i wouldnt be able to handle all that. One lady and my home, yes i could handle. Guess i wont be making society work for me, lol.

I heard recently about a study of multitasking, and that people assumed that could actually do it and be consistently capable of doing those things correctly. they found it not so. those that did one task at a time faired much better.. there was more but I'm to tired to type it.. I heard about this guy, what an arrogant twit. |
