a woman i know broke up with her BF a few weeks ago.. we been talking alot... ive just been playing it cool.. but how long should i wait to ask her out or should i wait for her to do the asking....

Ooh! Good question...but frankly, I don't have an answer. Some can "fall in love" right away after a break-up & for some, it takes a loooooong time to get over it...& then you run the risk of being delegated to The Friend Zone...sorry I couldn't be much help...

Rebounds are very very bad. I agree with Lilith on this one also. Talk to her and tell her you are interested in more than just friendship if she is willing and if she hesitates or says she is not ready, then leave it be.
