etc. then keep telling yourself you are worth it. |

Read 30 min. everyday. Might surprise yourself. |

Self image is a tough one to change but they say it can be done. You
have to change the tapes in your head for starter and the best way to do that is by doing something physical that makes you feel good about yourself.. example start running or working out with weights, as your body changes and you feel good, you say the right things to yourself to feel better. I know it sounds silly but it really works. Just have to apply it to whatever it is about your image you want to change. |

First of all...Figure out who you are in your own mind first!!!!! Do you
let outside things such as your job or other things define who you are?????? Do other people's opinions matter about who you are more than your own??????? Self-image....self-esteem and self-love go hand in hand...Once you are confident in who you are and accept who you are flaws and all......Self-love....Others will too!!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck!!!!!!! |

Go train at an MMA gym, you dont have to be a fighter to train and
chicks dig it. |

Reading self help books and listening to tapes is a good start. Also,
there are plenty of good counselors and therapists out there who can help you to see your good points and build a strong self image. Good luck to you and best wishes from SheNerd :) |

Well sit and think of what it is that causing the concern. The things
you can change...do it! Such as weight, smoking/ drinking habits. The things you can not change ...embrace them. They are what make you! Not to sound like a pessimist but things can always be worse. Thats how I think and even though times may get tough....I always think "things can always be worse"...and try to be grateful for what I do have. I can't say I have good health... But I can see, I can hear, I can walk, I have my arms, etc. Give yourself pep talks! |

then make a deal with yourself to improve on what you can and accept what you cant improve then you will have inner peace which naturally improves you when you aint even lookin |
