"Police on Friday arrested Guy Heinze Jr., 22, in the murders of eight people in a south Georgia mobile home, the Associated Press reported. "
This is just appalling. The rest of the story can be found at: http://abcnews.go.com/US/police-arrest-son-georgia-trailer-park-murders/Story?id=8496239&page=1 |

and his teenage brother denies he could have done such a thing......
how often do we hear this from those closest to ones accused of horrible acts? were drugs reportedly involved, in any way? |

He was originally picked up on possession charges, and tampering with evidence, but there was nothing about whether he was currently high, or if drugs were actually involved with the murders themselves.
The tampering with evidence was NOT him trying to change anything, it was because he went back into the house while the neighbor was on the phone to 911 when police told him to stay out. I can not remember the article completely, but there was another charge, one that came across to me as nothing but b.s. just like the "tampering with evidence" charge. It specifically stated it did not look as if he had touched anything other than what he needed in order to check on the people in the home, and I am sorry but if I walked in to see a massacre like that, then I would sure as hell ignore all orders to stay out as well, until I had done everything I could to find any possible survivors. and his teenage brother denies he could have done such a thing...... how often do we hear this from those closest to ones accused of horrible acts? were drugs reportedly involved, in any way? |

Also, the article states that the police refuse to disclose the actual evidence found linking him to the murders. I am not saying they are wrong, but something is fishy.

i think the means of death for all eight was said to be a physical beating.
how on earth could one guy beat eight people to death----especially within the confines of a small mobile home----without some of them jumping him, cornerning him, pushing him down, etc, before he could land enough physical blows to kill all eight of them? |
