while locked up in my cage
"when is it time to play", i said
while staring at his head
i'm not gonna let you out this time
he said as he looked at me in fright
what the hell did you do the last time i let you out at night?
"i'm not gonna apologize", i said with a devilish grin
you should have known better than to trust the thing within.
"i can tell that you're scared my friend and you definitely have the
right"
you shouldn't underestimate that which lurks beyond the light
"at least i came back", i said
"i could have killed you too"
instead i sit here in my cage playin games with you
"i'll only let you lead so long before i snatch your will"
"your soul is not shit to me" and i'll feed til i get my fill
so sleep light my little concubine,
while i'm locked up in my cage
for tomorrow i may grow tired of you
and liberate my rage.
