I see empty spaces of blankness,
white & gray static
glowing & glowing inside of me
my future's there,
it's all static, it's all bland & I can't even stand it

White & Gray static dreams once had such CONTROL over me

such CONTROL, it's coupled to banality
such CONTROL, I can't even begin to see

It let wasted desires wash over the worst of me,
and gently chided when I wasn't the best of me

such CONTROL,it's binded to salvation & calamity
such CONTROL, I can't even begin to be

It let combative lies raise anger in a burning wave,
gently chided if I acted that way, I couldn't be saved


my future's there,
it's all static, it's all bland & I can't even care about it

White & Gray static controls once held out such DREAMS to me

such DREAMS, they come with an all time supply of banality
such DREAMS, I couldn't see more till I learned to be

and gently reared with hate all the worst of me

such DREAMS, they accomplished any salvation with calamity
such DREAMS, they wouldn't do more till I learned to see

I let combative truth loose into that angry, burning wave,
gently reared with love anything that did't want to be saved

CONTROLLED DREAMS & DREAMS OF CONTROL
if you want them,
just slip inside and go down low & even lower
past all your glaring ideals,
those you wave in front show a twisted sheild
you'll find each & every kind of desirable passion,
any despicable love & hate for them & you
Know it's all CONTROLLED DREAMS, all of it in you and me too
Know it's all DREAMS OF CONTROL, guideposts for the lost and subtle

So is my future there?!

shining a way past their dead-eyed & sallow blank faces.
