Topic: I want a Lady with children...only! | |
---|---|
I am 40 and in the desert in Iraq. I have lived in many places and have dated some of the best. But in searching deeply within myself about my perfect wife....She must have kids, want them, or at least without a doubt love them unconditionally. I have a beautiful 16 year old daughter Madi. Her Mom Stacy is a great friend of mine. We dated very, very briefly before Madison was born and none since. But we've raised a lovely well-balanced child in this world of broken homes/families. Stacy and I have always built one another up and we took care of Madi. Women who don't want children or the responsibility or whatever just come up short in my book. Your pal and mine, John

Your pal and mine, John Understand that everyone is not cut out to be a mother. It takes a great deal of inner strength for a woman to admit that with society's viewpoint on the purpose of a woman. Cut them a break and respect the fact that they are introspective enough to know what they can or can't do or will or won't do. Doesn't make them less of a person. |

Agreed, ELLENLEE...I have come across other people with the same opinions (male & female)...that people who do not choose to have children are somehow not complete...yet there are millions of breeders on welfare, sucking up the taxpayer's dollars...oh yeah, I suppose those must come up "tall" in his book as well!
That's a ridiculous blanket statement...& THAT is what comes up short in MY book... |

Welcome to Mingle, and may I add that I think all of the troops (British and American) are doing a wonderful job (just wished there was not such a great loss of life) I hope you find what you are looking for.Good luck.

Thank you very much maam for your support. Compared to wars in the past not many of are really dying. At least the ones of us who do give it all are mostly prepared for that end. Unlike those in the twin towers that day gone without a moments notice...I'm just glad we can do our thing here in the sand and postpone things from GB and the USA...have a great one

Maam you are exactly right. Some were made for it and some were not. They are all worthy of loving. I may have not been quite cohesive enough with putting my thoughts out there. I surely don't want to hurt or offend anyone....I just believe for me personally that is who I want...thank you for your insight...Have a great day.

Thank you for sharing more about who you are and what you are looking for. It seems that we are all so very different, yet have a common thread that binds us together - the search for that perfect...someone (friend, spouse, lover, confidant, etc.).
I hope that you have the opportunity to meet and get to know many of the thousands of wonderful people that make up our Mingle family. And I also hope that you find that perfect person who seeks the same thing that you do. I would like to say thank you and God bless you for serving in the military and keeping us safe while we are here enjoying the benifits of your labors. May you be safe, loved and protected while far away and when you return home, as well. Meg |

Greetings from Calgary! When I read some of the posts on here, I have to think -- what do we have to complain about? We have freedom (#1), enough food to fill our bellies, a roof over our heads, proper shelter etc., etc., etc. We tend to take these things for granted and don't stop to get off the merry-go-round often enough to be grateful for what we do have, instead of focusing on what we lack. We don't have to worry about bombs dropping on our heads, suicide bombers or where our next meal is coming from. Thanks to the good women and men in the armed forces, we are among the most fortunate in the world. People have fought and died for our way of life. Let's be grateful to all those that sometimes seem like just a picture on TV or an article in the paper. They are real, much like you and me.
So much has been sacrified by others. God Bess and may He keep you safe. BTW, some women make great incubators, but have no idea how to mother. |

Agree with above statement You maybe looking for someone with children and that is your right, but to insult others that do not want children is very offensive. I think this post is inappropriate. We have 6.5 billion people on the planet do we need more?? |

daytime, I really don't believe that he was trying to insult anyone. He was simply stating what would work for him.

Your pal and mine, John this guy has said that he wants a woman who loves kids like he does there is no insults in it, he is just stateing the thing he has found in himself is that the type of woman he wants is a mothering type the lack of intelligence on this site is realy begining to piss me off good luck to you bud, i hope you find her, i also hope you stay safe in your job |

I read no insult...just what he found attractive in a woman or mate...much like some dont want someone that isnt pretty or handsome or tall or whatever. I found his words very nice and a sweet change from the norm.
Hi Joe; my son is there too. Hats off to you and all who are there with you. Stay safe and come home soon. By the way; if I had my choice in a man he would be just as you describe your woman... |
