Has anyone really tried the Weight Watchers diet?? Does it really work
for you? I have about 20 more pounds to lose and I am having a heck of a time getting it off...any suggestions? |

I've done Weight Watchers and yes I lost weight and you will keep it off as long as you continue to count the points or do the new way of figuring it (havent done that yet) The key is MEASURE!! I've also dont L.A. Weightloss. Don't waste a ton of money. Jenny works really really well too until you quit using their food and then you gain it back.
