We did meet online so I can understand her bringing a friend the first time, there are weirdos on here 
Yeh, really! If I EVER get a date I will take my Mom and my brother and the next door neighbor and the SWAT team along. Maybe since you did the movies and couldn't talk much, the next date could be something like a picnic in the park/beach or miniature golf(or is that stupid?). Here's an idea! Have something you have to take care of(fib if you have to). Tell her you have to pick up something at the mall and ask if she would like to come along. Then it's not really a date but you're together! Do I look threatening at all? No, no, no, no, no, no. Not at all. But, neither did Ted Bundy. Ha ha ho ho.

Hey Balky! Just follow your heart and quit over-thinking it. Tell her you enjoyed her company and would like an opportunity to get to know her better. "Would you like to get together for dinner this weekend"? That way, it would make her feel like the ball is in her court. Wait and see how she responds. We can't always plan conversations in our heads. Play it by ear and see what kind of feedback she gives you. Above all else, be a man with a plan so when she says yes, you will have a definite suggestion.
