Fine with me. He's a phony libertarian anyways. +1. total republican that acts outlandish to make his rants seem "funny" to his target audience. I admit, he does hit the nail on the head on occasion, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. |

Obama is racist. Its a sad thing when people belive only a white man can be racist. All races have people in them that are racists. I've seen no evidence that shows that Obama is a one. Btw, do you think he is racist to his white grandparents that raised him and his white mother? |

Btw, do you think he is racist to his white grandparents that raised him and his white mother? He has made racist statements, that is for sure. The police officer is a prime example of prejudice. He assumed because the police officer was white and the professor black, that his race was an issue even after admitting he did not know the facts. That, is a racist statement any way you look at it. prejudice based on race = racism whether black, white, or brown. The sad part is that if I had made a similar statement with the colors reversed, I'd have been lynched for it. With him, only Fox reported on it from my knowledge. |

He has worked with the issue of racial profiling in the past. We are not black. We've never walked in their shoes to know what that feels like. |

It would be great if we could all just follow the constitution. It is a blind document. We all have the same rights as humans no matter what race, color, gender, age ect. When we consider these things when making decisions about a person that is wrong. The only thing that should matter is a persons actions and character.

You are presuming to know what he was thinking when he said it, no? He made it clear after that remark that he though arresting the man was overkill. You assume he was thinking about race when he very well could have been thinking about the embarrassing arrest of someone he knew, even after the man proved who he was. I don't want to get into that argument again and you can continue to think it was a racist remark but I would never have assumed that just because he is part black himself. |

Btw, do you think he is racist to his white grandparents that raised him and his white mother? I have read his book, and it's interesting how we both interpret it differently. I think in many ways he has the right to say typical white person since he grew up with both and IS both. Sotomayor? Makes him a radical socialist? lmao |

Beck? I agree that color should not be a consideration, but it's naive to think it's not a big part of why many people don't like anything this president does. |

There is another possibility that I think many people are not considering, and yes, it has to do with color-- only the color is 'blue'. Probably everyone missed everyone else's perspective in this case, and as often happens, spoke in haste, only to repent at leisure. The officer, who didn't like being upbraided for bossing a man around in the inner sanctum of his own home, the law professor for not trying harder to defuse the situation by giving the police officer the benefit of the doubt and Obama for not appreciating what a tough job it can be to be a cop. They did all get together, though, and have a beer and I have a feeling that by the time it was over, every one of them had a better understanding of the others' perspective. It's a shame it can't work that way in the media, where facts frequently fail to get in the way of good harsh editorializing bile junkies of all stripes crave. -Kerry O. |

Same thing that's wrong with all State stooges-she works for the State! Private justice is better. (See Hoppe, Molyneux, and Block for more detail on private justice systems) |

I agree with Glenn Beck. Obama is a racist in that he has said things and made decisions, and associated himself with people who would be denounced as evil if their skin color were flipped.
