How many times a day i can view n message a new profile

As many times as you want ...except if you are stalking that person

In this context... how many times can you do it and still not be "stalking", and how many times do you need to view someone's profile to become a "stalker", officially?

I am not stalking anyone, nor am I planning to; I just like definitions where only a number can be a definitive answer, and that number is easy to see and adhere to.

If "stalking" is not connected to a number of views; then what IS it connected to? What action?

It cannot be connected to intention and intention alone, since the stalker's intention is only known to the stalker himself or herself.

If someone other than the stalker only knows that the "stalker" looked at someone else, what does this mean? There is no way of telling if the "stalker" is really a stalker or not.

In effect you ask a maybe-stalker to look in his or her soul and 1. establish if he or she himself or herself is a stalker and if his/her answer is "yes", then 2. s/he must stop looking at someone else's profile.

This is funny... a real hoot.
