I need a roommate with school starting back, this is a great opportunity. I dont go to school but i am not a party person either. Rent is 365/month or 1460/semester. That includes rent, water, power, in apartment laundry, and a pool during the season. Also cable, internet, and phone can be included for and additional 72/month or 292/month.
