When Jim Carey beats the crap out of himself in Liar Liar....... I coulnd´t stop laughing........ i agree. this is such a funny movie...that scene is great!!! 
this is the movie that made me a jim carrey fan!!!

a few scenes that come to mind are from Borat
the fight scene where they are naked in the hotel and then when they are in the Bed and Breakfast with the little old couple (I laughed so hard I cried) 
and another is in Austin Powers( the 3rd one) where Austin and Mini Me are dressed as one of the sailors on Dr. Evil's ship and and Austin is standing on Mini Me's shoulders with that huge overcoat on so they look like a tall Seaman
