That would be like saying,
What does it mean to infatuate? and somebody saying... "1. to inspire or possess with a foolish or unreasoning passion, as of love. 2. to affect with folly; make foolish or fatuous." How does that explain anything to me? A good answer would be... "Billy..if you infatuate..it means you are so obsessed with something that you cannot get enough of it. You just think about it all of the time. Lots of times people infatuate and confuse it with love. We do that a lot of the time. Love and "infatuation" get confused often. To "infatuate" yourself over Cantalopes..that is okay. However to do it over the girl down the hall who is married, bad." That is a good answer! |

VERBOSE means you use a lot of words.... could mean you are very talkative (i.e. chatty) or could mean you use too many words to say what you could say in fewer words...if someone called you verbose it could be sort of a compliment, but also sort of a "wow, let someone else get a word in edge-wise, will ya?"
