Lake, AAHS is Air Acadamy High School (on the Air Force Acadamy)...
A-Basin is a great place for Powder Skiing and that was before A-Basin was part of the Summit (with Breckenridge, Copper & Keystone)... We've had a place in Breckenridge since 79 (a few years after your experence) |

i moved from that area in 80...so I was still there.I lived in Dillon
Valley East. I skied the Summit for years. I actually helped re-model Arapahoe Basin. The girl I spoke of became a cashier at A-Basin. She lived in Denver.I skied Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Vail and Keystone. I even ventured out to Steamboat once. Lots of snow bunnies ...tons of fun. I was an instructor at Copper one season. Dirt Biking to the top of the Rockies was the summer fun!! |
