I want more summer weather where I live and less green beans to pick. What do you want more and less of? More rest and not sick... Sorry to hear your back is hurting! I am writing you a prescription for "more rest", and take 2 aspirins and call me in the morning! Awww? How very sweet of you...

Hope yours is something you can manage, do something about. my friend. Thank you.. I've been going to a chiropractor and have my back adjustment. I had dislocated disk from car accident many years ago. It gets depressing sometimes when it hurts specially during the winter time.

It gets depressing sometimes when it hurts specially during the winter time. owwww that hurts I had a herniated disc and a ruptured disc in my neck and had to have em removed and the vertebrae fused. got a nice scar acoss my throat and a titanium plate right behind my adam's apple vicodin helps

I didn't know you didn't feel well sorry to hear that They say lack of exercise can cause that Do the crunchies that may help and also the thread mill they say it is good

I found with less (shoot for none) Caffiene I have more pain free or at least reduced pain from my arthritis. Also found with more non-narcotic pain medication (not Vicodin) I have considerable less depression.
