Anybody here? Just sitting here cooking. Felt like comfort food tonight so I am frying chicken the old fashion way (I do this a couple times a year). Just wish I wasn't on my diet so I could also eat mashed potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, and homemade biskits....YUMMY....oh well, I'll just eat the chicken, green beans, cottage cheese and watermelon and be thankful.
