The man I love(who dumped me)started talking to me again and we've seen each other a few times.The problem is,I've been with someone for 3 months who loves me,but I can never love him because my heart is with the other guy. What should I do?

The fact is the ex dumped you and now he wants back. Um, come on, wake the hell up here. Your ex KNOWS how to hit your buttons! He isn't getting any leg and now he is getting wound up.

Fact, now that the ex wants back in suddenly you fall back on 'first love' killing it for the new guy who is doing what he can to prove himself while your ex went out and evidently got dumped himself by the cottontail he was chasing after and also evidently she would not let him in the rabbit hole.
