I see so many criminals using the insanity plea that I am starting to think the plea itself should no longer apply (sucks for those truly mentally incompetent, but this is jmo) Sodini was competent, calculating and above all had rehearsed (premeditated) this act - was he an idiot (yes), did he have low self esteem (who cares), was he unloved (who gives a rats ***), was he unhappy (many out there are), did these women deserve to die (no) |

but as i posted earlier not everyone in the building was involved in that particular activity and i thought it was a latin dance (into a latin dance/aerobics class) from earlier post but hey........ |

He hated women because he couldn't get dates..
He left a letter and it said "there are 30 million women and none of them find me attractive"..so he wanted to kill a few.

Sometimes what is attractive or unattractive is more about what's inside, than on the outside. If he was willing to do crap like this, then he may have been radiating "creepy" and that's why no one found him to be attractive.
And I agree that most of the time "insanity" is a lame excuse, and not at all accurate or appropriate. |

yep that is probably accurate
but who knows who was just on the other side of the door they may or not have been carrying if the govt did not try their best to oppress the law biding citizen's rights rationalize gun control all you want until law biding people can protect themselves where ever they may be the criminal will always make the law bidding person their victim let us hope it will never be you (because yer betting your life on it) |
