tired and lonely is a tired rut that wears one down and out,
slogging so long, without a song...its not what lifes about.

grateful today for the friends I know here,
thoughts and ideas that bring about cheer.

you're taking the time, to listen to, heartfelt inspirations...
not just the news, or social views, or budget calculations.

here we share with those who care, and care for those who dare...
to reveal themselves, no holds barred, right down to underwear.

smiles and tears...a chuckle too...always something to think about,
simple sharing, a little caring, and "Poof" not down and out.
