Exactly, I take it you have same problem like me....

simply prove to self, that self is always doing what it most wants, not matter how it may appear or feel to self, as most will speak of how they MUST do something, or HAVE to do something, or NEED to do something, and none of these will work, as each show self does not believe it is in control, as only speaking forth "i want to do this', WILL HAVE THE DESIRED EFFECT TO CHANGE THE ACTUAL LOGIC, and allow self to take control of itself, which is already has the power to do....

self is NEVER being controlled by outside environment, it is only made to appear as so, from being popped into a pre-existing environment for it's entire existence...

simply proving to self, it is doing what it WANT, at all times, will allow one to no longer deny their own power over self, as by using the word addiction, when speaking about what selk want's to do, in itself, first creates a addiction mentality, or the belief it is first possible to be "addicted", so defining self has no control over self, therefore now creating this belief within self the more, each time self say use the internet...

if self does not shift to finding something, anything, outside of self as some culprit, or cause for what self does, it can achieve whatsoever it wishes, so then wills, so then wants, into existence...

do yourself a huge favor, and prove to yourself your doing what you want at all times, then the logic will be able to say no, to any consequences that will not be desirable, and the feelings that surround the word addiction, that help create it into existence the more, can no longer hold a perceived power over self...

if not, the feedback self gets, from touching anything and everything within the environement, will become as diluted, and be deemed as the culprit, and not as a real true tell, and self will simply define itself down it's own drain, drawing upon all the possible negative descriptions possible of self's own behaviour...

all such things as possible negative definers of self behaviour, are totally subjective, and specific to the experience, and to the exact time and space one is in, so the want of self, by proving to self itself is doing, and deciding for itself, will free anything to blend it's logic more with the ways of the universe, actually operating on the simplest principle, but indeed, one of the most powerful in the cosmos...

anything that wish to prove it really has energy power, and feel more internal power and confidence, only need simply tell itself, anytime it feels out of control, that itself is doing what it wants, and not rejecting it for some feeling of unfair, or abuse, or self compassion, or self pity, and this alone, will have amazing empowerment, with real added strength thruout the body, to accomplish anything with farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr less struggle...

just a ramble, and a rant, maybe a can't, and all shall become scant...
