The Language of Music
M.E. Martin Music is a language that has largest vocabulary ever known to man It can take you to the highest heights or the deepest depths As it sooths your soul or fires your passions Music is the language that connects us to each other It is spoken in every country on every continent By every race creed color and culture This language knows no boundaries Music finds its home no matter where it finds itself Music is the language that tells the story of time When the birds trilled their first song of praise to The Creator Melodies lifting toward Heaven in gratitude for life And the connection to Him through this wondrous gift Music in the hands of a master can tell a story that Needs no words or paint a picture that needs no brush Stories of love life and dreams or brokenness despair and grief Telling of things we all can understand because we all speak this language This beautiful language of love given to us by The Master Musician As part of His master plan to keep all of His children connected Invisible strands that bind us together as we speak to each other In notes, little black dots on white paper that become the language of music |

I totally agree, a very heart-warming write. At the moment I am into a group called Africando, I don't understand a word of what they are singing about, but the beat and rhythm certainly has me dancing. Check it out............By the way, they are from Senegal but sing in a meringue and salsa style.
