I really don't like to drink. i think it is a sad excuse to socialize when we have to hurt ourselves with alcohol and use it as an excuse to gain confidence to socialize.

Damn those guys who drink more heavily to become more
acceptable to hooking up with woman they would never hook up with if they were sober because they lack the confidence and really they think they can do do better if sober anyway. So they drink and give you the man they are not yet who they are because they don't even know who they are.

Why woman try to meet something more than a hook up at a bar is beyond me.

I will just stick to produce questions at the grocery store or questions about books at a library.

I really hate the bar scene.

I know what i want. None of which require little shots of confidence boosters.

I think women (and even men) like this are sad and will settle for whatever they can get. We all grow older day by day so to try and hold on to your youth to the point that you make yourself look like a fool is beyond sad.
