What excatly is it about me that my guy thinks he can just not show up...not even a call...What should I say to him when he does call??? Some guy doesn't show up for a date he best not even try to call me unless he preceeds it with flowers and a detailed believeable explanation in writing with a profuse apology. I understand things happen but if I make and effort for a date (which I always do), give someone my valuable time, and they don't show then yes it will take that much to get a second chance. Especially in today's world where a cell call takes 30 seconds. Sorry this guy you like turned out to be a jerk. Blow him off without a second thought and count yourself lucky to see the real deal early.

Better be honest than lead on or hurt someone in a long run.

Kinda like pulling off a band-aid. Slow or fast. Either way it hurts. I prefer the fast approach here. We all deserve better than that.

It could be an honest time factor happened like lost or left his cell and had no change for a pay phone, while also forgetting your number as it was stored in the cell that was lost or left or stolen,and he might have been abducted by an ex-wife for back child support or maybe even abducted by some mean porn flick guys who forced him to star in there new movie......'I'm a PLAYER'... ONE never knows these days.... And some want to believe to much, I am truly sorry he did you this way and I wouldn'tlose ANY rest over it,,and he can go play with him self as to hurting you like he did... No one needs to have someone lie or play them as THIS,,is the out come and its f%$KING hurts.....been here and I know,,as we ALL have been here....
