I do my makeup, and hair, and nails, and toes, because it makes me feel good about myself to take care of myself.
The makeup is ornimental, and accentuates what I DO have. I go without makeup most of the time, and sometimes when abnormal red rings appear under my eyes for various reasons, like no sleep, from insomnia, or stress. I love how I look both ways, even with the red rings, but its personal to explain why they are there, Id rather avoid it. Most men say theyd rather me be without makeup anyway. I definitely feel "good enough" without it. But I look at makeup almost like hygene, its self esteem building when you take your time to take care of yourself, and try to make yourself even MORE noticable, and attractive. |
