Well I respect your discipline. I am close to crossing over as well. My garden is awesome and most meat is full of growth hormone anyways.

Oh I just got back from Ruby Tuesdays and I had this steak and shrimp. It was Yummy!!!!!!!

Not when you live in an area where you actually watch the cows grow up. There is a small ' freezer beef ' place here that uses no growth hormones or anything like that in their feed. You know exactly what you are getting when you buy from them. |

i just got back from ruby tuesday's as well...they have an awesome salad bar, and their veggie burger isn't half bad, either! Please move to Recipes/Cooking, Home & Garden. Thanks
