my nephew drives those big things that carries cars. for Chrysler think. He got really hurt one time. The auto lift let go and left him dangling .totally disconnected his shoulder and he had to have surgery twice. He was out of commission for a long time. |

Jessie ...does cali get hurricanes No Hurricanes here, I am glad about that. One of the dykes broke here once about 25 years ago. Water was everywhere and in some places up to 8 feet high. About one and a half hours southeast of downtown Los Angeles. Brawley is about 3 hours east from where I live. Downtown Palm Springs is 35 minutes from my home. |

yeah Viv I bet you and Carold don't need to wear socks to bed. I keep the ac on all the time...but in winter, I sometimes wear them..no one to stick my cold feet on anymore! |

But he has been doing it for years. He took me for a ride in his corvette once ..that was fun. But really low to the ground. I had a heck of a time getting out of that thing. |

Carold, I was wondering what happened to you....you been on the other side? I was in one back in the 80's down at McAllen. Last year, I had just set up for a rally in Lake Summerville when Ike was coming in....I got the heck out of Dodge! Next time you go to the lake will have to make plans :) |

All this talk about driving on ice is getting me cold. That is why I would probably not live anywhere that does not have summers in the 100's.

They are really hard to get out of I have found.I was not into hopping in and out like he did. |
