What a hunk

i was pretty hesitant towards this show because of all of the dopey Twilight bullsht going around (and i loathe Twilight oh so much). but i'm glad i gave True Blood a chance, because it's an excellent show. i just watched the 1st season, and liked it so much that i immediantly downloaded all of the current episodes of the 2nd season. can't wait till sunday!


and the theme song is great! never heard of the dude before, but i'd like to see what the rest of his work sounds like!

I watched the whole first season before I got the books and raced through them all in about 2 weeks. Addicted to both. I actually like the changes they've made between the series and the books, I think it adds something. Usually, I hate reading a book then seeing the movie, but in this case, I think they've done such a good job of keeping the essense of the books and characters and adding to the storylines that I look forward to both new episodes and new books.

And, since Lafayette and Tara were minor peripheral characters, I love that they've expanded those roles. It adds a lot to Sookie's character.

We're addicted, haven't missed an episode yet.

I've been huntin high an low for a site to download season 2 so I can catch up. I tried the one lulu suggested but it's still down. Anyone know of another site?
