darkowl - u really 50 man? whats the secret? u strict on your diet - how much cardio do u do? 50 years old, yes, my ex almost did me in though, Indy knew me at 35lbs heavier, and i've lost down to 200 lbs at 6 ft now. it's a never ending battle, and i run on the beaches for now. i'm a very small ectomorph frame, so it's easy for me to cut up. it's a bit of a battle, but i just don't push it, and i'm never in a hurry, and try to eat organic, and juice vegetables and fruit every day.....you're quite buff yourself, so i figure you do take good care of yourself too
